3. Shipping and Delivery


We offer direct delivery using our in-house logistics team to the following counties in Florida: Miami-Dade, Monroe, Broward, Collier, Palm Beach, Hendry, and Lee. 


Deliveries to all other locations in the United States are handled by third-party shipping carriers.


Estimated delivery times are provided during the checkout process and may vary depending on location.


Customers are responsible for providing a valid delivery address and ensuring someone is available to receive the order. In the case of returns due to incorrect addresses or absence, additional shipping fees may apply.

4. Returns and Exchanges


We accept returns only for manufacturing defects or damage during shipping.


Claims must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.


Returns are not accepted for misuse, improper installation, or customer’s change of mind after the product has been opened.

 All products come with a limited 3-month warranty for manufacturing defects from the date of purchase. The warranty does not cover misuse, damage from impacts, exposure to extreme humidity, or improper installation.
